Anna Positano

This work deals with personal geographies, starting from the experience of moving as an in-between condition. The practice of walking at night through familiar places and the new neighbourhood is an attempt to build a knowledge of both and an understanding of this particular moment. These photographs, taken during the walks, aspire to disclose the common features between the two neighbourhoods and to catch the sense of suspension of time and place that reflected a biographical experience.
